The Iron Queen by Julie Kagawa

The Iron Queen (The Iron Fey, #3)The Iron Queen by Julie Kagawa

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Another outstanding episode in the Iron Fey series and another hit for Julie Kagawa.
Meghan, haunted by dreams of the King she killed, struggles with having both Iron and Summer glamour. The Iron Fey have fractured with some following a false King in hopes of still overtaking the never-never, while others rebel or follow their own path. Regardless of the path they choose, nothing is stopping the iron sickness from killing and encroaching on the wildwood. Even the court territories are no longer safe. War has come to the never-never and Iron is decimating everything in it's way. Meghan Chase must embrace her power and defeat yet another Iron King. This is by far her most perilous journey even with the support of many Iron Fey at her side. Gremlins swarm in defense of Meghan Chase, the rightful and true Iron Queen! Will she survive yet another fight to the death?
OMG! It's totally intense! I swear just remembering the story has me holding my breath. Meghan will sacrifice everything, her love and possibly her own life for her duty. How will her love survive her destiny? Holy cow this is just so heart-wrenching. Please read this!
