This book was perfect for laundry day! I for one was immediately pulled into the story by one of my all time favorite fantasies! Laundry day is so boring in an apartment complex, just sitting around safeguarding your laundry from being tossed out by skeezy strangers. I have often wished that something exciting would happen. Something just like meeting a super hot guy who sweeps you off your feet!
So that brings us to our story. Lucy, our lonely laundress, meets Andy in the laundry room and immediately the temperature spikes! Andy is all wrong for Lucy, missing just about every mark on her list of what she needs in a man. He's scruffy and unemployed living with his mother, and he wears socks with sandals!(for any man that may be reading this, NEVER wear socks with your sandals!) Lucy also has a man that she has been seeing that does meet all her requirements. Unfortunately he is so boring she finds it hard to not fall asleep even during a kiss!
Andy, naughty boy that he is, has been keeping a secret. He isn't who he claims to be and he just might be hitting those marks that he seemingly misses. What is Andy's game and will it ultimately destroy any hope of him capturing the luscious Lucy? Will the passion that ignites whenever they meet be enough for Lucy to get past all the subterfuge?
